Released at PCA 2021, Matt Booth celebrated 12 years of his Room101 cigar brand by creating a Nicaraguan puro with AJ Fernandez. Utilizing all AJ-grown tobaccos and rolled at his tabacalera, only 1001 boxes were ever produced.
Each Room101 12th Anniversary Toro includes aspects from both the 10th and 11th Anniversary lines, respectively. With notes of leather, earth, mesquite, nuts, cocoa, pepper, turbinado, and espresso, these puros are medium-bodied but with an assertive profile. (If you seek a bit more sweetness to the experience, retrohale for a marshmallow-like note.)
