Over 130 years of heritage.
The renowned Romeo y Julieta is one of the world’s best-selling brands. '92' rated, their flagship 1875 blend is medium-bodied with a smooth and crisp aroma.
Romeo y Julieta is a big name in cigars. With a rich history in Cuba, the Dominican version of today lives up to its Cuban heritage. A favorite of celebrities and politicians, Romeo y Julieta cigars have held a place among the top-selling brands without the slightest downward budge. With its distinctively smooth flavor and pleasant aroma, Romeo y Julieta 1875 is a stand-by for those just starting out, and also seasoned enthusiasts who desire high-quality consistency from their everyday go-to's. Allow the cigar's subtle nuances time to build; amicable aromas linger just long enough, subsiding right before the short and concise finish. Made in virtually every shape you can imagine, from tubed to huge, to short and stout, there's nothing they left out.
Since its introduction into the U.S., Romeo y Julieta has seen such success that many line extensions have since debuted, but nothing has been able to top the classic line. RyJ 1875 draws much of its pleasant aroma from the rich Sumatra wrapper that adorns each cigar. This leaf adds a tangy & lightly spicy twist to the cedar notes and earthy nuances. As one of the most recognizable names Romeo y Julieta 1875 is truly timeless, and is the preferred cigar of enthusiasts everywhere.
Wonderful cigar with a good easy draw and pleasant tabacco flavors and woody notes.
1st: If you are buying, get a larger vitola, this one deserves a 50-54 ring size.
Construction is perfect, just a couple of minuscule veins and the cedar band wrap is a nice touch on this deluxe.
The draw is also perfect, good burn with dark gray ash.
Flavor starts with an amazing beginning, some pepper giving place to some oak, orange and what I identified as (subtle) vanilla. Very well balanced, didn`t want it to end.

Had one yesterday. got mine local. Beautiful draw, nice white and long ash. Better then some $20 cigars. Only about 25 minute smoke. But for the price.
This cigar starts and finishes a little harsh , but all 40 minutes of in between are very pleasant. Draws with ease with a great aroma. A very economic cigar with few flaws .
This is by far one of the best cigars out there. If you are new cigar smoker you need to try this one. Excellent flavor, good draw, long ash. I have smoked the cuban and there really is no difference. You could smoke this cigar anytime, after dinner, playing golf or with a nice glass of brandy. I got my 2 brothers hooked on them. FOLKS YOU GOT TO TRY THIS ONE.
Expert Picks: Christmas Lights
The original Dominican Romeo, the 1875 Bully performs like a true tobacco “cafe con leche” as nuances of coffee bean and sweet cream give way perfectly to its subtle sugarcane finish, creating a modern day classic. This best-seller is also a regular in my personal humidor. Mellow enough for the masses yet possessed with a surprising WOW factor.
