A San Andres wrapped gem from the La Zona Factory.
Founders of the Moya Ruiz brand, Danny Moya and Nelson Ruiz, named this line of cigars La Jugada to honor their love of playing poker and dominoes. La Jugada means “the play” in Spanish. All cigars in the line are hand-rolled in Esteli, Nicaragua at La Zona Factory, and they're made using some of the world's best tobacco leaves.
La Jugada Prieto is a real treat, with a dark and tempting San Andres maduro wrapper on the outside and a bevy of Nicaraguan long-fillers and a Nicaraguan binder on the inside. It's gloriously complex with a ton of fully developed flavors including wood, coffee, spice, and a rich hint of chocolate. This is one maduro that's easy to enjoy no matter what the time or occasion.
