This sequel lives up to the hype...
The Moya Ruiz cigar company was founded by Danny Moya and Nelson Ruiz, and all of their cigars are manufactured with care at Erik Espinosa's La Zona factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. The La Jugada line was named to honor the founders' love of playing poker and dominos, since La Jugada means “the play” in Spanish.
La Jugada Habano is a pleasure to behold, with a rich, oily, and blemish-free Ecuadorian Habano wrapper that beckons invitingly. The inside features the same Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan long-leaf filler combo as Prieto, but the unique and lovely wrapper leaf adds a layer of intrigue. Complex flavors of nuts, spice, and creaminess all make appearances during this smooth, well-balanced experience. It's medium to full in body and will appeal to a variety of palates. One taste is all it takes.
