Remember that scene in Crocodile Dundee when a street punk pulled a puny knife on the Aussie? “That’s not a knife, now this is a knife.” Yeah, I quoted that line, to no one but myself when I unsheathed the Gurkha Defender knife. With a razor sharp fixed, full tang blade, this knife will stand up to any punishment headed its way. Great for fishing, handy around the house, or simply sharpening a stick to roast some marshmallows. The Gurkha Defender Knife is up to the task, however large or small, and you should pick one up today and ensure you’re never without a trusty blade.
The has a reasonable weight to it when held in ones hand. And while the point of the blade is very sharp, the rest of the edge needs work. Using the finger assist on the back of the knife to open the knife one-handed is almost a wasted effort, as the knife does not fully open. All in all, the knife looks good to the eye and feels good in the hand, but the blade needs work in both sharpness and operation.
As I said, the knife just looks better than it is, in my opinion. As I said, this knife just looks better than it is.

I just received my Ghurka pocket knife and I love it. It opens and closes easily and the weight is excellent!
