It was what I expected. Nice little humidor.

Before getting this humidor, I kept my cigars in a mini pelican case. Although it served its purpose very well, when the special for this came up, I could not pass it up! Love the color and size of the box. I may just take it somewhere to have the lid laser etched with something to personalize it.

I honestly didn't know what kind of Humidor I was going to get in a starter package deal but this was a pleasant surprise. It is all cedar lined and once I seasoned it up it held the humidity nice and even. It is a nice looking humidor and works well as a second humidor to hold my extra cigars when my current humidor is full.

Cigars are great and humidor is very nice. Not a complaint, but the lid is very tight and a little difficult to open - makes for an airtight fit. I am sure it will loosen up with time. I like the fact it was assembled with a tight fit. Recomend this package deal.

This is my first humidor and it looks fantastic and the size is as described, holding forty cigars. It doesn't have a humidity meter built but my gel seems to be lasting so I'm guessing it's good

Nice humidor

I finally have an item that I can store many varieties of my favorite cigars.

Received my box with slight damage witch revealed that most of it was made of fibre board, which I'm not surprised see as it was free. I have a difficult time keeping the humidor at a steady 69% humidity. Overall it'll do In a pinch until you can find something better crafted.

Just started priming it. The box is well made and has beautiful grain. Nice coloring.

Nice Humidor

Not bad for the price

It's heating season and the humidity in my living room drops below 40% with the furnace running. The humidor maintains 65% or better pretty well, as long as I add distilled water to the humidifier from time to time. When the weather is milder, I can get close to 70%. Can't ask for better than that. As to capacity, I can get perhaps 30 Churchill-sized sticks in it. If I were to buy smaller cigars, I have no doubt it would hold 40 of them.

Box looks great it has a nice tight fit but only problem is according to the set up instructions the hydrometer was not in the package so I had to go buy one for it kinda defeats the purpose of a starter set so for that reason I can not give it 5 stars for it.

Not well sealed or put together. Was starting a friend out in cigar storage . Can't seem to get humidor to stabilize. Yes I did season twice.

Beautiful Humidor, As a new cigar smoker what a great way to store and try different cigars. Surprisingly it came with an instruction manual and a humidifier to properly store cigars and season the humidor.

Looks good, I’ve yet to use it. But I’m looking to expand my cigar numbers, so hopefully this will come in handy.

I really liked the sampler that this came with. This humidor was basically a freebie. It is sitting on my dresser in the room and I use it but I don't love the color. Other than that it is ok.

My Golden Mahogany Humidor is attractive in appearance, is spacious for a smaller-size humidor, and the fit of the lid on the box is very good. I think it will hold 40+ cigars easily. This is a much needed upgrade from the small humidor that I own. Very nice! Five Stars.

Nice starter Humidor. Looks very nice and Keeps the humidity in, but you need to keep an extra eye on it as it loses humidity quicker than the more expensive models. Make sure you prime it before putting cigars in. Soak the inside with distilled water and let sit for 24 hours before putting cigars in. Dry cedar will actually suck the moisture OUT of the cigars until equilibrium is achieved. I also recommend investing in a small jar or cylinder with the clear soft crystals that you soak before using. They work very well and pump out the moisture.

The Humidor is very well crafted and has the strong scent of Mahogany. It's a decent size to fit a substantial amount of your favorite cigars. There's also room in the box to fit your humidifier but maybe future models will have a Hygrometer built in.

This is a very nice wooden box. It arrived in great condition and ready to hold things. I tried putting various items in it, some worked and some didn't. Things that didn't: cats, bananas, binoculars, a spool of wire. Things that did: cigars. Buy it for holding cigars. You'll be glad you did, 'cause it's better than a burlap sack.

Unfortunately the humidor was damaged when I received it. The screws in the hinges were broken.

I used the Boveda conditioning packs instead of the liquid to condition the box before putting cigars into it. Perfect.

Shipping box was crushed (cigars were untouched and fine) but Golden Mahogany Humidor was broken. When I called customer service she was not interested in helping me file a claim with their contracted shipping company in fact because it was discounted I got the feeling she did not care at all. First problem with Cigar,com I will have to evaluate if I would use them again..

For the amount of money I spent on 10 cigars and a humidor I really should not complain at all. But for the principal of providing feedback here is my opinion. The cigars have been great, I haven't been able to finish them yet but the ones I have had were good. The humidor has a cheap finish outside, the veneer is not very smooth on the edges and I've tried many tricks to bring it to 70 % humidity and haven't been able to yet. But it hasn't been a problem for my cigars yet. But like I said at the beginning, for $30 plus shipping and taxes it was a steal.

Looks nice.....doesn't work.. I have had zero success with the humidity control. I am currently soaking the inside, trying to bring the humidity up to an acceptable percentage..I have ALL the gadgets and NOTHING seems to work. At this point it is just a pretty box.

I didn't give 5 stars because in comparison to another humidor I have, this product falls a little short. Differences include its smaller size, lighter weight construction and function. On the up side, this product is satisfactory if treated properly and monitored carefully.

Only flaw I see is the lid the cedar that hangs into the bottom completing the seal is slightly loose very close to right but just off you have to sponge every so of ton on those parts to keep a seal

It was a nice humidor especially for the price. Very sleek & elegant looking. The lid was a nice snug fit kept moisture in. The only thing is i had two cigars that came with it was cracked & eventually broke from being already dry. Other than that the humidor wld hv gotten a higher rating.

I would give it 4.5 stars. The outside is a fake veneer and doesn’t look like the picture shown but it looks really nice and it’s well made. cedar is high quality and once it’s seasoned holds the humidity really well. I would recommend this product

Came with humidifier and partition, I had to buy the hygrometer but, it was a small price to pay, I'm very happy with the quality of the humidor.

I received everything in very good condition, but no instruction on what to do. As a new cigar smoker, I'd like to have everything I need to get started. I reached out to friends to figure out what else to buy and how to prepare the humidor. Listen, the price was right, but had I known I would have to do all this investigation, I would have paid more to get a package that explained everything. This won't stop me from buying from your company. I just hope you can use it to better serve your future customers.

The humidor is hastily put together. There are gaps in the cedar so it drys out very fast even when closed. The rest of the box is is cracked around the hinges and screws. Also the box isn't squared up and rocks back and forth.

Humidor is great-3 days for seasoning process and have perfect 72% humidity all the time--definitely worth the money--fast shipping too !!

Got this humidor and a starter sampler pack for an entry level cigar enthusiast. Seasoned the box with Boveda 84% packs. Came back to a humidor sitting at 72%. Checked the hygrometer in a perfectly sealed environment with the 84% packs...and it read exactly what it should: 84%. This box is made terribly, with poor tolerances wood cuts, loose joints, and cheap hinges which all adds up to poor seal and dry cigars. Avoid at all costs.

Got mine with a starter set. Looks very nice but after I bought a hygrometer to put in it, It will not hold humidity above 55%. Seasoned it numerous times. Tried gel beads, Boveda packs. Always drops to 50-55%

I recieved this as part of a Starter Set. Have to say I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the humidor. Solid build, no blemishes or detects, and has held up nicely so far. I did replace the sponge humidifier with gel beads, but other than that an A+ for the price point.
