While relatively new to the industry, Southern Draw has come through with a positive impact, and there's no signs of stopping. Celebrating their fifth year in the business in 2019, this U.S. Veteran owned company is founded by Robert and Sharon Holt, and the only boutique brand made exclusively at AJ Fernandez's factory in Esteli, Nicaragua.
Southern Draw Cigars continue to make an impact with the various premiums they produce. For instance, their 300 Hands lines (available in Connecticut, Habano, and Maduro) benefit the labor force of Nicaragua—directly putting money back into charitable efforts in Esteli. It doesn't stop there, as their IGNITE Series takes the initiative with each sale directly contributing money to the Navy Seals Foundation—which in 2019, Robert teamed up with to support this cause. With a core line suitable for every palate Rose of Sharon (named after the Mrs.) is a pleasant medium-bodied Connecticut; Kudzu is a double-fermented, medium to full-bodied blend; and Jacob's Ladder (named after their son) is a PA Broadleaf-wrapped firecracker—in all the right ways.
With a bevy of variety, Southern Draw provides premiums suitable for each and every palate. And, if you can't decide on which one to dive into first, try a few all at once with the Southern Draw Sampler...what are you waiting for?
