Tatuaje Avión 13 Corojo
Soar to new heights with Tatuaje Avion 13 Corojo
'91' Rated by Cigar Aficionado
A limited edition double perfecto, Tatuaje Avion 13 Corojo builds on the history of Pete Johnson’s Avion series. The Avion name refers to the line’s distinctive figurado shapes that resemble a aircraft silhouette, and the 13 vitola remains one of its most recognizable formats at 6.87” by 52. This Corojo edition replaces the traditional Habano, Broadleaf, or Mexican San Andrés wrappers used in earlier Avion releases with an Ecuadorian Corojo leaf, a change that gives the blend a livlier expression.
The Corojo wrapper brings a distinct flavor profile that sets this release apart from the core Avion line. Notes of red pepper, cedar, roasted nuts, and earth lead the opening, followed by mid-smoke transitions into leather, cocoa, and subtle dried fruit sweetness. The finish is long and layered, with pepper and cream lingering together. Carefully crafted by hand at My Father Cigars in Nicaragua, this figurado delivers a premium experience whenever summoned.
