The Edge by Rocky Patel is one of the most respected blends in his portfolio. Known for its full-bodied, full-flavored blend profile, it has gained loyal fans from across the globe. The newest addition to the line, entitled The Edge Square, is box-pressed for a compact feel, and a more intense experience.
The Edge Square comes in two versions, crafted with the intent of honoring the original iterations of the super-popular brand. The first version is cloaked in a patiently aged Corojo wrapper with a Nicaraguan binder, and a distinctive Panamanian ligero in the filler. Boasting notes of wood, caramel, and cocoa, each Corojo delivers over an hour of pure enjoyment. The Maduro version is a dark and oily offering that houses these same filler tobaccos, but with a Costa Rican Maduro wrapper that will knock socks off feet. Notes of hickory, leather, and a sweet spice all appear in this hearty selection.
