The Plasencia Triunfal 2026 arrives as the second release in a series created to honor the global celebration of the World Cup. Every leaf in the blend comes from Plasencia‑owned farms, including a Honduran wrapper from La Tradición in Jamastrán, a Honduran binder from San Agustín in Olancho, and fillers combining Nicaraguan tobacco from Jalapa’s La Vega farm with additional Honduran leaf from the same fields that produced the wrapper. Rolled at Tabacos de Oriente in Honduras, the entire production was crafted by a only two rollers, an extraordinary commitment to consistency for a limited edition of only 5,000 numbered boxes. José Luis Plasencia describes Triunfal as a cigar that “reflects unity, resilience and celebration,” values that connect both the family’s heritage and the spirit of the tournament it commemorates.
Triunfal delivers a layered profile shaped by the family’s tobacco: slight sweetness, cedar, creaminess, nuts, and earth. It also marks the debut of Plasencia’s new visual identity, with boxes and bands featuring the updated logo inspired by the family’s agricultural roots and the hexagonal geometry seen in past releases.
