Leaf by Oscar has been picking up some serious steam since it debuted at a cigar shop Pittsburgh as a small boutique brand. The creator of this brand, “Island” Jim Robinson, set out to create a special cigar that would delight the senses is every respect, so he teamed up with Oscar Valladares, Esteban Disla, and Noel Rojas. This quartet made a truly unique and totally flavorful cigar.
At first glance, Leaf by Oscar Corojo has a rustic appearance, but don’t be fooled - beneath the outer tobacco leaf is a beautifully rolled cigar comprised of Honduran long-fillers which are bound with an oily Corojo wrapper. Expect notes of earth, cocoa, cedar, and a touch of red pepper. Mellow to medium-bodied and complex from beginning to end, this cigar will excite all of the senses.
