The La Herencia Cubana line started as an experiment by AJ Fernandez to capture a new audience in the boutique market by showcasing an affordable premium cigar. In Spanish, La Herencia Cubana translates to “Cuban Heritage,” which pays homage to AJ’s focus on creating premium handmades that are similar in complexity and flavor to those from Cuba’s glory days.
Inside you'll find a unique, full-bodied, long-filler brimming with Ligero tobaccos from Nicaragua and Honduras alongside Pennsylvania Broadleaf. Outside, you'll see an aged Ecuador Habano Ligero wrapper brimming with oils. Expect a bold array of earthy, leathery, and peppery notes, all-the-while the smoke remaining creamy on the palate. This cigar is rustic yet refined, bold yet smooth, and AJ Fernandez’s trademark use of Ligero will leave you coming back for more.
