The newest and fourth member of the Knuckle Sandwich Series between Erik Espinosa and Chef Guy Fieri features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper atop a Nicaraguan binder and long-filler blend. Rolled at AJ Fernandez's San Lotano factory in Ocotal, Nicaragua, it's a medium-bodied blend with a highly-engaging flavor profile. Each premium provides a creamy experience punctuated by signature Nicaraguan spice, alongside notes of buttered toast, cedar, citrus, and an earthy-sweetness which shines on the finish.
