Trinidad Espiritu is the brainchild of an AJ Fernandez and Rafael Nodal collaboration starting in 2019 with a profile and packaging that celebrates vintage Caribbean culture. Each blend in its young portfolio is rolled in Nicaragua and has been received with accolades. All three blends have at least a 92 rating, and the original even boasts a #12 ranking on Cigar Aficionado's Top 25 cigars of 2023! Despite its accolades, Trinidad Espiritu has fallen under the radar of many aficionados, so to make it easy to try all these highly rated blends, we have put two toros from each blend together.
Series No. 1 is a flavorful medium-full Nicaraguan puro with balanced notes of pepper, vanilla, citrus, and toast. The No. 2 is the bold, full-bodied follow-up that utilizes a Brazilian wrapper alongside its Nicaraguan core to provide rich notes of earth, espresso, and satisfying spice. The No. 3 is a medium-full Nicaraguan blend with an added layer of sophistication from its Mexican wrapper, giving an overall flavor of cedar, coffee, and earth.
