Black Label Trading Co. hit the ground running back in 2015, after which co-owner James Brown created Black Works Studio, a brand dedicated to creating delicious premium cigars. With successes in blends such as the Killer Bee, the brand has since sought out to create a follow-up to the blend that brought them into the light. Now introducing the Hornet.
Green Hornet is not unlike its Killer Bee cousin, using Candela tobacco strips and wrapping them around a dark, oily Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper, capturing a similar look to its relative blend. To further separate itself from the Killer Bee, however, Hornet wraps Candela tobacco around the foot of the cigar as well, which is meant to enhance the experience. The wrapper is paired with a Nicaraguan Habano binder and Nicaraguan fillers, further exemplifying the rich, full-bodied profile. Notes of cocoa, coffee, earth, pepper and greenery will flood the palate, creating an exciting, yet balanced experience. Hornet packs a hefty punch but does not over-do it. Grab yours today!
