Foundation Cigar Company founder Nick Melillo draws much of his inspiration from his home state of Connecticut. Because of his deep admiration for home, Melillo regards Connecticut Broadleaf as being a sacred tobacco, and he prominently displays it in one of his original releases, The Tabernacle. Now he introduces us to an experimental, hybrid Connecticut-seed wrapper with the newest release, The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT #142.

Rolled by AJ Fernandez in Estelí, Nicaragua, The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT #142 showcases a dark, oily Connecticut Sun Grown wrapper that encases fillers from Nicaragua and San Andrés. Medium to full in body, expect rich, bready notes of dark cocoa, roasted nuts, spice, and a hint of cinnamon that make this bold blend one you will remember.
