Signature Maduro Robusto

Very good cigar. This review is for the robusto size only and after smoking a complete 5-pack. This cigar is a really nice box press. Nice flat sides with a rounded head. This is one of the best smoking cigars I've had. All had a perfect burn and draw which produced a ton of smoke. For me the flavor profile was unsweetened baking cocoa, strong black coffee, rich tobacco, and earthy notes. It's a medium to full body and a solid medium in strength. The retro hale is strong and spicy for the first third but mellows down to smooth and light the rest of the way. The only issue I found with this cigar is it has a weak ash, but not enough of an issue to lower my rating.

This is similar to a fuente 858 Maduro... Only better. Delicious, well balanced, not too spicy. Nice finish. A very pleasant experience. Very good construction, nice amount of smoke production. Will definitely buy again.

Very good cigar. Humi time 2 weeks at 68%. Excellent construction with a perfect bun. First third was ok but second and third were very tasty and well balanced. Had a little strength kick at the end. Enjoy.

A PLEASANT SURPRISE!

WOW! I received one to try, from a friend who had a five pack. I was VERY surprised at the quality of this box-pressed robusto. it was a little tight on a dry draw ( so I punched a larger hole) and had a very noticeable sweet/chocolate profile. Once lit, it had a very dark cocoa, sweet chocolate, espresso taste, slightly nutty, and no harsh pepper. I will definitely get some for my humidor.

I would give this a 4.5, if that option were available. This is the third of the four Signature blends I've smoked. As with the others, construction was excellent, yielding a flawless draw and burn througout the smoke. Flavors were excellent, in particular during the last two thirds of the stick. Smooth and sweet, and definitely box-worthy. Looking forward to smoking the last one in the series (the Nicaragua) tonight. Kudos to CIGAR.com for bringing this quality of smoke in at a reasonable price point.

Perfect construction overall. Perfect burn and ash held for over half the stick. Flavor was ok, first third was great then it kinda got muttled. Wouldn't mind receiving as a gift but wouldn't purchase a box. Good overall though
