Much like other cigar brands, San Lotano was born in Cuba. Originally crafted by AJ's grandfather, the brand experienced the usual hardships of Cuba and unfortunately had to stop production. Once AJ had established himself with brands like Man O'War, Diesel, and 5 Vegas AAA, he decided to devote his time to reviving the once-storied brand. And revive it he did…

San Lotano Requiem Maduro comes from AJ's factory in Esteli, Nicaragua. Featuring a San Andres Maduro wrapper, the cigar offers a more mellow profile than you may expect. Still rounding out as a medium-bodied blend, the cigar is thick and chewy on your palate and with a rich chocolaty flavor. The Nicaraguan and Honduran flavors will then lend some creamy and earthy tones to the flavor that blend nicely with the wrapper. San Lotano Requiem Maduro brings back an old Cuban tradition that started with AJ's grandfather and that will carry on with AJ's ever-growing portfolio of exceptional blends.
