Affordable premiums from one of Nicaragua's finest cigar makers.Available in a smooth, seamless Connecticut wrapper or a thick and oily broadleaf maduro, Slow-Aged 826 by Perdomo is a tasty affordable premium, perfect as an everyday indulgence.
Tabacalera Perdomo has a long tradition in the tobacco industry, dating back to the 1930s when Silvio Perdomo worked in the cigar business in San Jose de las Lajas, Cuba. With three generations of tobacco in their blood, Perdomo is well-known not only for their cigar making but also for the exceptional tobaccos grown by the family and fermented to their exacting standards. In the past few years, their portfolio of brands has become absolutely bulletproof. Right down the line, each Perdomo blend is quality—thanks to some of the strictest quality control standards in the industry.
Slow-Aged 826 contains a blend of all Nicaraguan tobaccos, picked from farms situation in Nicaragua's top growing regions. The filler also includes premium Nicaraguan ligero as well, allowing for a strong finish with enjoyable complexities throughout. The maduro version will tantalize the palate with notes of coffee and espresso while leaving thick smoke on the palate. If you prefer something lighter in body, the Connecticut remains creamy from start to finish while exuding complex flavors of earth and cedar with a smooth, silky finish.
I was pleasantly pleased by this cigar. It had a great draw and provided alot of smoke. Most of the Perdomo's I've tried had a good draw. If you want a good cigar without breaking the wallet, this is a good one.
