overview

Black Ops Cigars show off their dark side.

These stunning blends from Gurkha owner Kaizad Hansotia not only provide a super-premium experience you’d come to expect from Gurkha, but maintain an affordable, everyday price. Each blend utilizes only the best grade, Nicaraguan Cuban-seed tobaccos available while the entire line offers something unique for all enthusiasts.

Black Ops starts with a dark Connecticut Broadleaf maduro wrapper. It’s the kind of maduro wrapper that makes you do a double-take, because you can barely see the seams with the spot-on construction. Beneath this visually perfect wrapper, the blend is loaded with robust Nicaraguan long-fillers that make for a rich, medium to full-bodied blend. Notes of black pepper hit you up front, but gradually subside into a hearty espresso finish that is clean and satisfying.

Each mazo comes with a specialty Black Ops patch.

Dave
Dave Black Ops Dark Side
Robusto (5.0"x52): Really creamy and smooth for a semi-hearty maduro. Easily medium-bodied with a touch of extra strength when cycling the smoke through your nostrils. Well-balanced, the blend remains consistent in flavor from head to foot with a mellow finish. A pleasure to burn.

Toro (6.0"x50):
Maintains that smooth, creamy character while adding a bit more strength to the finish. Although this stick is longer, the blend is no more complex than in the robusto size, so this size will treat any enthusiast well. Burns long, slow, and even with a cool smoke. The finish is slightly more robust.

Torpedo (6.2"x52):
If you're looking for a thoroughly robust experience, then pick up this torpedo and only cut a little off the cap. When you provide yourself a small ring gauge, the cigar really heats up, bringing forth powerful heartiness that almost turns into a full body. The blend is still creamy, but packs a bit more punch and offers more complexity. Of course, if you want a similar experience to the robusto or toro, then simply cut more off the head.
