He has since been instrumental in blending several of Drew Estate’s most acclaimed cigars, with Hererra Estelí Norteño arguably his finest work.
Norteño is a term used to describe the people from northern Nicaragua, specifically around Estelí. The cigars are full-bodied, box-pressed things of beauty, with oily San Andrés Maduro wrappers around a blend of tobaccos from three of Nicaragua's top growing regions. Very spicy. Very bold.
