I am an AJ fan. These are a nice full bodied cigar, burns well, decent size. If you enjoy Maduros or AJ worth the price!

a full bodied, stout cigar to be enjoyed after you've eaten something. Goes great with strong coffee and a good book on the deck overlooking the golf course!

Very good ash. At least a 1/3 of a cigar with a perfect ash. Lovem! Draw is smooth.

Bought a box of these a couple weeks ago. If one is looking for a strong, good drawing cigar, Diesel Robusto is worth the cost. I've smoked 10 so far and have yet to have one disappoint. They are even burning for the most part with very little trimming required.

Starts off with a bang! Full flavor with a blast of black pepper, and spice, with core notes of black pepper, leather, earth, and wood. Small hints of cocoa, espresso, and a slight sweetness on the lips. Had a very dry mouth feel. Medium finish. Medium amount of smoke production with a creamy texture. The cigar is firmly packed and feels heavy in your hands. The draw was on the snug side but had no issues. A very firm, beautiful bright white ash that held on for almost 2". The burn was a bit wonky but self corrected by the 2nd third. It was never razor sharp but also never needed any touch ups. The aroma was delightful with notes of coffee, cocoa, wood, and syrup. In the 2nd third, the spice and black pepper die down, with dark espresso, cocoa, leather, earth, and wood dominating the palate. The sweetness ramps up as well. The dark espresso flavor could also be mistaken or interpreted as a slight bitter flavor. It's a very dark bitter espresso. It does get bitter towards the nub. Overall a very good smoke...especially for the price. I would definitely buy again as long as the price were right.

Cigar is well constructed, nice draw, but it's a little bitter.
