I am Italian and I like this cigar. It is very smooth and not harsh. As I have gotten older I tend to go to mild to medium cigars and CAO Italia cigars are perfect.

Loved the construction and flavors

This cigar appeals to me for several reasons, very tasteful, nice even burn, nice draw and thick smoke, not harsh, feels good with oily wrapper and thick ash that doesn't fall off like a cigarette. Lastly, pretty cool to be smoking leaves from Italy that I cant believe I haven't seen more cigars from there. I love the 6" x 60" size.

The smooth flavor and good taste were refreshing. I'm an occasional smoker and do not like a harsh taste of a smoke.

CAO Italia is another nice blend in the CAO line with nice construction, good flavor, and a consistent burn.

Been a CAO fan for years. Always have Italia, Brazilia, or the Flathead 54 Camshaft on hand. Absolutely great smokes!!!

Very nice cigar with nice even draw. Medium bodied cigar with good flavor and very smooth to the end of the smoke. Did not need any attention on the burn or keeping it lit. I would recommend this cigar.

A good summer smoke.

I like the CAO Camshafts very much so I decided to try these little beauties and, I am 3rd generation Italian anyway so I felt obligated.. Construction is very nice with slight veins and an earthy / Cuban look to it. Toasting was routine but I could tell there was something different with this one; maybe the Italian tobaccos? 1st draw was a mouthful of what seemed to be cocoa with a touch of anise or something like that. A third of the way through I grabbed a wonderful touch of nut flavor with some spice and leather. The finish is short which is not bad but, I had to comment on it. The cocoa stayed throughout the smoke but the nuttiness faded and was replaced by wood and leather. This would be a good cigar to pair up with a nice red wine and I'm not saying that because I am of Italian decent but, I do like red wine and have a nice collection going. The ignored Merlot would do it justice and some of our local Cabernet s from this area would be superb. The burn was very good, one of the best I have had in my collection; Not of the CLE Prieto level as that burn is the standard of near perfect but, as good as my Padrons. The what I call price / performance level of the CAO Italia is superb and you should keep a five pack in your humi when a nice Italian meal has been shared with family or friends and paired with wine after. Now for my little secret that sounds weird but it worked. I did a CAO Italia with a cherry coke because I was not in the mood for wine. It was great! I believe this cigar has lots of pairing potential so get adventurous and try it.

I've smoked several of the CAO Italia Ciao 5x56 and have always enjoyed them. I wanted to try the 6x60 Piazza and have been very disappointed. The construction of the cigars are flawed with numerous veins, crooked looking and didn't seem that it was pressed properly before preparing to ship from the factory. In addition, every cigar I've smoked (and I've had 6 already), have had issues canoeing and not staying lit. I am a fan of CAO, just won't try the Piazza again. Lastly, the cigars turned out to be "runners" which means that while smoking, about a 1/2 inch down the foot of the cigar develops a hole that burns inside out of the wrapper causing a hole and then, the cigar canoes leaving a bad experience with the cigar.

If you haven't tried this cigar you're missing out. Light sweet notes, even burn, with a beautiful finish. I like it a little on the moist side 72 -75 to bring out the full characteristics. Pair it with a glass of Gentleman Jack and you'll see what I'm talking about. Great cigar.

Great cigar, easy to smoke. I love having one of these with a couple of beers out by the lake. Relaxing, full flavor, can't go wrong with one of these. Novice smokers seem to like them as well, so they are easy to share.

I enjoy this cigar very much. My humidor is always being restocked because it is such a great smoke. I find that Brazilia, America, Italiana, and several Gurkha are always in my collection because they are such great cigars.
