Made at Ventura's El Maestro factory, these Antoinettes contain three Lanceros (7.0"x38) twisted together to form the iconic Culebra shape. (Culebra is Spanish for "snake.) Featuring an Ecuador Habano wrapper atop a binder and long-fillers from the Dominican Republic, it's one of Caldwell's rarest releases. As part of the Crafted & Curated Series, it strays from modifying existing blends and instead is an entirely new proposition within Caldwell's atypical portfolio, and only 202 boxes were produced.
Medium-bodied, each Lancero highlights nuances of earth, leather, pepper, and a bit of an underlying natural sweetness. Although sold in 10-count boxes, because these are Culebras, there are technically 30 cigars meant for sharing: simply untie the ribbons to unhinge each Culebra when it's ready to be enjoyed. What was packaged as one cigar unfolds into three so your friends and family are never left out.
