Bootstrap Coffee began as a one man production back in 2014. Its founder, Mycah Sveja, set up shop in his parents garage where he perfected the art of roasting great coffee, but that wasn’t his only focus. Sveja wanted to ensure that all of all of his beans were sustainable, traceable, fair trade and organic. A few years later, Sveja’s vision has come to fruition, and while his team has grown and his operation has expanded, Bootstrap continues to focus on quality over quantity.

Each roast is made in small-batches to ensure each cup is as good—if not better than the last. The Blue Collar Blend perfectly embodies what a great cup of coffee should be.
