With this new release, Asylum cigars is adopting a small-batch approach to cigar blending. The focus of the Asylum 33 line will be in the procurement of rare and limited tobaccos, and thus these cigars will be very limited in variety and availability.
The first Asylum 33 release hails from the El Aladino factory in Danli, Honduras and is a Honduran puro utilizing seven-year-old tobaccos. Asylum 33 is medium to full-bodied and expresses a myriad of flavors including red pepper, baking spices, chocolate, coffee, cream, cedar, and leather. This is a truly pleasurable cigar with its massive amount of flavor, richness, complexity, and perfect balance.
