Probably the best cigar I've ever had. Bold, yet smooth. Full favor without being over-powering. Like the way I like my coffee, bold, but not too strong, not aciddiy or arid. A real pleasure.
Ashton's for me are always a default smoke. If I have a choice, I prefer the vsg label. It has a consistent burn, nice oily wrapper, and consistent taste.
I smoked this a while back as a gift from some of my friends but remember the label well and I recall that I really enjoyed this cigar. Sorry I can't be more precise on the flavors and what not but it was some time ago, I remember that it was a great smoke though and would recommend to anyone that enjoys cigars.
