overview

The final edition in the Artesanos trilogy.

La Gloria Cubana Artesanos de Obelisco features an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, and a bold mix of Dominican and Nicaraguan long-fillers which creates a tasty, medium-bodied complexity.

La Gloria Cubana became one of the most popular brands ever created during the cigar boom of 1990s. This brand is constantly sought after for its expert craftsmanship and consistent flavor. Originally created by Ernesto Perez-Carrillo in Cuba, the brand is enjoyed by new enthusiasts and experienced aficionados alike, as it offers a combination of flavor profiles for all palates. The Artesanos line includes limited edition blends that were rolled in special sizes, commemorating the success of the La Gloria Cubana line in the Dominican Republic. Artestanos de Obelisco comes rolled in a special belicoso shape, and each one is packaged in a "half-moon" box which is inspired by the Monument to Heroes of the Restoration which overlooks all of Santiago.

This flavorful cigar contains ligero long leaves from Nicaragua and a smooth, zesty blend of long-fillers from the Dominican Republic. These handmades come rolled in a special box-pressed torpedo measuring 5.0"x57, and can only be rolled by the factory's best torcedors. With a semi-sweet yet hearty Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, you'll find a lot of earthy nuances mixed with black pepper from head to foot, while the finish gives off a hint of nuts, cedar, and sweetness.
