How do I redeem a gift card?
- Add items to your shopping cart and then click the Checkout button in the Navigation Bar.
- From the Shopping Cart page, click the Purchase Now button.
- Progress through the checkout process until you reach the Payment Info page.
- Once you arrive on the Payment Info page, enter a valid credit card, then below the payment options there is an area to redeem gift cards.
- In the fields, enter the Gift Card Number, and the PIN number (located by scratching off the gray area on the back of the Gift Card for physical cards, see below.)
- Click the Click to Redeem button.
How do I find the card number and PIN number?

Physical Gift Cards: The card number and the PIN number are located on the back of the card.
- Virtual Gift Cards: The card number and the PIN number are located in the email sent to you.
What if my order total exceeds the balance on my gift card?
If your Order Total exceeds the gift card amount, the Credit Card you entered will be billed the difference. If your Order Total is less than the amount on your gift card, nothing will be charged to your Credit Card, and the remaining balance on your gift card will be available for future use.
Can I use multiple gift cards on the same order?
Yes. Multiple gift cards can be applied to the same order. If the Order Total is less than the amount on your gift cards, nothing will be charged to your Credit Card, and the remaining balance on your gift card will be available for future use.
Why do I have to supply a credit card if my Gift Card has enough money to pay for the order?
A credit card is required to ensure your order is processed promoty, if your gift card amount exceeds the order value, nothing will be charged to your Credit Card.

- Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or the purchase of gift cards.
- Purchases are deducted from the gift card balance.
- Gift cards are transferrable, but not refundable.
