PuroFreak:Krieg, I have to disagree with you on this one... I do love my guns... Sometimes when it's late and the wife is out of town, we cuddle a little. The metal warms up quickly on my bare skin and... uhhh.... Maybe I'm sharing too much. LMAO
kuzi16:A GUN wielded by a heroic mother of one, stopped the Fort Hood shootings from being worse. objects are not good or evil. only how you use them make good or evil. if I bash someones head in with a rock, the rock is not any more or less evil than if it was a decoration in my garden. If someone uses a gun to kill a few people on a military base the gun is not any more evil than if it is used to hunt for food or shoot clay targets or protect your own home from invasion. I do love freedom, and to protect that freedom, i own a gun.
PuroFreak:My other thought on this is, why is the media trying to down play the connection to Islamic extremism in this case?
PuroFreak: I'm not saying we can say he "is" an Islamic terrorist, but to avoid that topic entirely is also wrong.
kuzi16: PuroFreak: I'm not saying we can say he "is" an Islamic terrorist, but to avoid that topic entirely is also wrong.i agree. i am all for an aggressive pursuit of the truth.
Krieg: kuzi16: PuroFreak: I'm not saying we can say he "is" an Islamic terrorist, but to avoid that topic entirely is also wrong.i agree. i am all for an aggressive pursuit of the truth. Too bad when the "truth" is not politically correct, the liberal media tries to bury it.
