I have 4 of these since I got 2 of the best of show samplers. I'm just letting them rest for about a month or so before smoking them (I have to smoke down some of my overflow before I get to the really good stuff) It's damn tempting to just sit outside with one though.

I tried one fresh out of the mail truck today. Hopefully my experience was due to freshness, because quite frankly I wasn't impressed. I'll have another in a couple weeks and maybe it will be different.
