Released on Cinco de Mayo, Leccia Luchador is a tribute to Mexican wrestling ("luchador" means "wrestler" in Spanish). The five-country blend is assembled with care in Nicaragua, and consists of an Ecuadorian Habano binder and a filler mix including ligero from Pennsylvania and Honduras, plus long-leaves from the fertile volcanic soils of Ometepe, Nicaragua. Each one is then draped in a rather fitting, Mexican San Andres wrapper leaf. It's a mix of both spicy and sweet, and the complexity is enough to keep you on your toes from start to finish.
