Experience five generations of family cigar making.
Mexican cigars: there's one man who's doing them right, and he goes by the name of Alejandro Turrent. For generations, the Turrent family has been on a quest to perfect the handmade cigar, beginning back in 1880 with Turrent's great-great-grandfather and his emigration from Cuba. These days, the brand is bringing a revival to the Mexican cigar industry.
A. Turrent Reserva de la Casa is one elegant handmade. It's crafted using a mix of predominantly 10-year-aged Mexican long-fillers, then topped with a dark and oily San Andres maduro wrapper. Hints of cocoa, espresso, earth, and sweetness are all present in good measure. Medium to full-bodied, this is one Mexican handmade worthy of your attention.

Customer Reviews of “A. Turrent Reserva De La Casa”
I received a 5-Pack of Toro’s, upon inspection the wrapper leaf is heavily veined and roughly wrapped with some color variation but construction is firm with no soft spots. Just going into the 2nd third of the first cigar so far draw and burn has been excellent, impressive at the $4.00 price point. I’ve had several $8.00 plus cigars for big names just this month that can’t hold a candle to this cigar. The final 3rd developed a distinct but pleasant pepper taste on the lips. Overall a full bodied cigar but smooth without any negative aftertaste. 22 November, Number 3 of 5 tonight again the performance has been outstanding an excellent cigar for the price. Flavor wise, I am a fan of the San Andres tobaccos so I’m sure that is use as the wrapper for this cigar is a factor in my enjoyment of this cigar.

Worst cigar ever smoked. Construction & draw was fine but the taste was awful. Heavy metallic taste throughout entire cigar. Aftertaste even worse. First box I ever returned for credit.
