Robusto (5.0”x52): Now, the Robusto is a little more my speed. And it does little to let me down. The Rosado Habano wrapper really shines here and I notice thick plumes of smoke bellowing from the cigar. Overall, a nice medium-bodied blend with enough flavor to enjoy on its own or pair with a nice cup of coffee.
Piramide (6.0”x52): When it boils down to it, this size is pretty much the same as the Robusto. And while that’s not a bad thing, I was a little disappointed as I expected to detect some subtle differences. Nope. Nothing extra here but still a fantastic cigar for those into a Torpedo shape.
Julieta (7.0”x50): This size was the biggest shock of all. After tasting the Piramide, I thought the Julieta size would pretty much follow suit. Wrong. This 7.0”x50 giant is fantastic. While not as complex as the other sizes, it’s consistent from start to finish and it’s easy to get lost in a blend ripe with notes of spice, cedar, and vanilla. Plus, with over 7 inches of cigar, you’ll end up enjoying this for a little under two hours.
