Gurkha is at it again with another delicious release. For years, Gurkha has been considered the "Rolls Royce of the cigar industry." Bringing together high-end packaging with premium vintage tobaccos, they're credited with making some of the most coveted blends on the market, including His Majesty's Reserve, which is the most expensive cigar ever made.
Gurkha Wicked Indie adds a luscious Nicaraguan puro to Gurkha's already robust collection of cigars. Comprised of aged fillers, this gem is wrapped in an oily Habano wrapper that exudes a hearty spice and that leaves a long finish. The cigar is medium to full-bodied yet incredibly balanced, and it makes for the perfect end to a stressful day.
This cigar was an unexpected pleasure. It burned slowly and did not unravel. The flavor was within the mild/medium to medium/full. I have smoked mostly Nicauragian cigars over the years But this one was one that will definitely become a part of my humidor.
