30 years in the making, Graycliff unveils their finest blend yet. Graycliff owner Enrico Garzaroli founded his esteemed resort in 1973, establishing not only the Caribbean's first 5 star restaurant, but also creating the home to what is now the world's second largest private wine collection. In addition to his resort and wine cellar, Erico Garzaroli also set out to create the finest cigars available, and thus the Graycliff brand was born.
Utilizing a rare batch of 30-year-aged African Cameroon wrapper, Graycliff created a blend like no other. This is an authentic, vintage cigar of epic proportions. The 1980s Cameroon wrapper conceals a binder from Jalapa and a 4-country filler showcasing Nicaraguan Seco, Dominican Piloto Cubano Seco, Brazilian Mata Fina, and Honduran Copan long leaves. The result is a mellow, nutty profile that never surpasses medium-bodied. Only 500 boxes have been produced, making 30 Year Vintage one of the most limited Graycliff's of all time.
This is a superb cigar, properly classified as a medium body smoke. It's elegant, perhaps even a bit delicate, starts extremely well, finishes better. This stick is for bragging rights with your friends. Let them sample one and they'll not only be appreciative, but will also be aware that you know your way around the premium cigar world.
