Since 2008, Pete Johnson has released an annual limited edition cigar based on a specific monster character for Halloween. These releases have always been great blends and are highly anticipated each October.
Based off Boris Karloff's revived ancient Egyptian character in the classic 1932 horror film The Mummy, 666 dress boxes of 13 and 3100 plain boxes of 10 cigars were released in 2012. The dress boxes features a wooden sarcophagus with the 13 cigars paper wrapped inside. A long (7.7”x47) sized cigar, the blend was made in Nicaragua by My Father Cigars utilizing a Nicaraguan Sun Grown Criollo wrapper from Esteli and a mix of Nicaraguan long-fillers. Medium-bodied with a complex flavor profile, expect superb construction and a hearty character packed with notes cedar, spice, chocolate, and dark espresso.
