Tatuaje Avion includes the same blend components as the popular Fausto line. The difference here is that it's offered exclusively in a limited production, box-pressed perfecto vitola. There's a lot of strength and flavor at play, so if you seek to keep things subtle and mellow, this is not the cigar for you. Bold initial notes of earth and pepper are met by even more intense nuances of tobacco, oak, coffee, and chocolate, delivered thanks to a well-aged core of Nicaraguan long-fillers. This package is all wrapped up nicely by an oily, visually stunning Ecuadoran Habano Maduro wrapper leaf in the case of the 2011 and 2012 blend, and a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper for the Avion 2013. The construction is spot-on, and subsequently the draw is perfectly even from start to finish. The blend was released one year at a time, so you have your pick.
